Shop Policies

We want you to love your purchase and we will do our best to make that happen. Please read our shop policies carefully before purchasing.

Exchange Policy: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or you need a different size, exchanges will be accepted within seven (7) days of the date your purchase was delivered. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. All original tags must still be attached and/or in original packaging and the items must not have been worn, washed, or used. Items that do not qualify for exchanges are as follows: Custom orders.

Custom Orders: Custom orders are final sale. No exchanges or in-store credit will be issued for custom orders. Prior to shipment, a proof will be e-mailed to you for final approval. Once it has been approved by you, you are accepting the custom item as it is showed in the proof. PLEASE be sure to check for errors such as spelling, names, dates, etc. Any errors that need to be fixed on custom orders after you have signed off on the proof will be at your cost. 

Refund Policy: At this time, Lilac & Summer only accepts returns for in-store credit. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and in store credit will be issued.

In the event that Lilac & Summer made a mistake on any custom order or shipment, we will make it right at no cost to you. Please let us know right away so we can fix the mistake.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item. Lilac & Summer does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Defective Items: We will gladly replace items if they have a manufacture defect. Defective items can be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. Please e-mail us immediately at LilacandSummer@gmail.com with detailed information regarding the defective item. Lilac & Summer will issue you a pre-paid mailing label to return the item for an exchange at no cost to you.

Sale items: All sale and clearance items are FINAL. These will not be accepted for exchanges or in store credit.

Gift Policy: If you are the recipient of a gift and you need to exchange the item(s), please contact us at LilacandSummer@gmail.com and provide us with the gift givers name. We will look up the order and help you with the exchange process from there. Once the returned item is received, in-store credit will be issued.
